I'd had it with living in the snow belt and knew I wanted to relocate to the Island, but had to do so 'blind.' As we were moving from a far away place, Justin did a ton of leg work for us by going to showings and taking highly detailed videos of all the spaces. What I appreciated most about working with him was how straight-forward he is. In several instances he directly said "there are X, Y, Z problems with this place. We'll find something better" or "this house is cute but isn't a good investment long term for X, Y, Z reasons."
